Spawn still broke on Napa

:sad4: Moonglow and Yew both now have invulnerable NPC's thus
not allowing the spawn to advance.
Now minoc got the same thing...so Napa has 3 towns that have
the spawn blocked.

Perhaps urge the TB and COM factions to get ownership of those "stuck" towns (i.e., steal the sigils, corrupt them, and put them back in town). Theoretically that might be enough to "uncorrupt" the townsfolk in the Tram towns so they all go back to normal yellow and blue townsfolk NPCs. Then you can hope that SL or Minax can get ownership of the towns again to force new invasions.

Don't think thats the problem..these are bugged NPC's.
Add Brit to the list now.
Come on Dev Team...can someone post on this..sent a bug report in.

And some of these have been broke most of the week.

When you say "invulnerable NPCs," are you talking about the normal town NPCs or invasion NPCs (i.e., members of the invading army)? If you are talking about town NPCs, you do NOT need to kill them to keep the invasion going. Sonoma's had several towns invaded and a number of them had crimson dragons. I'm absolutely certain that killing the town NPCs had no effect on the strength or duration of the invasion. My understanding is that the invasion strength is tied into sigil control and/or defeat of the invasions themselves, and that the strength of the invading forces goes up the more times a town is invaded or the longer it remains invaded.

I checked earlier on Napa and it appeared that SL controls all the towns. I really think you need to see what happens if TB or COM can get control of one of these towns. I think you will see the townsfolk become uncorrupted and go back to their normal state. Then if SL or Minax takes the town again, you should get another invasion that should be stronger than the last one, possibly even including a crimson dragon.

If SL or Minax continue to have uninterrupted control of a town, then I think you will possibly continue to have low-level invasion forces spawn sporadically in that town. However, if they are quickly defeated and the town control never changes, that may be all you ever see unless the developers step in and force the invasion to the next level. I assume they'd rather see the players themselves do that through the faction side of things, with town control shifting between Chaos (SL/Minax) and Order (TB/COM).

Go to Moonglow Stable and you will see what I mean or to Yew sheep
farms or Minoc stable...the hatreds etc have yellow tags which means they can not be
killed and thus are blocking the spawn in some way. I understand what you mean about having TB steal Sigils. But, this is something different. Moonglow
has been been bugged for a week and i know the Sigils were stolen back
and forth this week.

Deb, I know exactly what you mean. We had them on Sonoma too but they became uncorrupted as soon as the invasion was over. Even kept their names, so I know they were the same NPCs, just "purified" in some way.

If we were meant to kill the NPCs, I doubt we'd get karma loss or be told we've killed innocents when doing so.

Cool, will steal sigils and see if we can advance it...glad to see another shard had same problem and got it going again.
