spawn rate prime evil lich 3 tile wall

anybody know the spawn rate of the 3 tile wall formation that has spider on it from prime evil lich, cause iv never seen a piece at spawn, and have done oodles of them.

If an item spawns at the third deco stage, I make the chances of getting a wall piece to be around 80-1 against. If an item spawns at the fourth stage, then it is over 100-1 against.
