soulstones now say unknown owner

i have been away for a while and i have soulstones and fragments now unusable with some of my skills stored on them, anyway to get them back? if it helps i got them when they first started and should be on record of me using the codes. thanks

I just tested this on a character that has undergone a name change. There were SS with past name, current name, and several listed as unknown. I had no issues with moving skills around on any of them.

I have seen no one post of issues on this recently.
