Soulstone 24 hour cooldown ?

I selected a soulstone as a reward for my account. There does not seem to be a 24 hour cooldown. Is this true of all soulstones ? Or do some colors have a cooldown ??

The cool down period was removed from all soulstones recently.

nope they removed the timer a while back!

Yeah this move was long overdue. The cooldown timer does nothing but to annoy.
