Soul Stone, old deleted character.....

I have a couple of the tall soul stones, and they say they're bound to a character I deleted some years back....account bound, but the character is long gone.....says I cannot use them......any way to remedy this or are they now worthless??

they are account bound so if they are from your account it dosnt matter what character you use.
if you cant use them then they are not from that account.
try another account.

you know what.....I have 2 accounts, and my houses are side by side.....stuff has gotten mixed up....let me try the other one.....thank you!
