I have two accounts. Been gone for 5 months but left accounts active. Stored all soul stones and frags in banks. Just started trying to use them on one shard after a char transfered some. All the ones with no skill stored say "unknown" and I can't access them on either account. I've locked in and out, tried both accounts incase I mixed them up, locked them down and released them many times and also moved them from box to box, even set access to anyone. Any ideas? Other than "they are not mine". Because I know they are.
