Soul gem?

Can anyone tell me what use that soul gem may have?
I got it at the primeval lich spawn, from bringing the bones of someone to the right grave.

The soul gem is small, fire/blaze coloured. It doesn´t have a timer either.

You throw them and they are like magic arrows but slow. And I'm guessing if you throw enough in quick succession that they would all hit at pretty much the same time and really screw with someone.

How insane? I have 2 I purchased that I am using for deco but I would use them next time I go if it is worth it. (I assume you mean the Primeval Lich?)

ive also seen a soul firepit thing in the mountainside during the primeval lich spawn, wonder if you throw them in that as well for a buff or something. the only time i had a soul gem to try it i got pked before my chance
