SoT nerf?

Anyone else noted a decrease in SoTs dropping in champs? Did I miss something? Cleared Despise two times from the first level this morning, Destard three times from level one yesterday, and two Ilshenar Humility spawn from level one yesterday. I didn't get one single SoT from any of them.

I've gotten 20 today. Done about 10 rat spawns, 6 dragon spawns. Only good ones were .8 taming and .6 taming, which I got back to back at the same rat spawn, about 10 minutes in between.

Ive gotten none in about 4 spawns soloed.

my character's like a big league hitter. i go through spurts where i'm getting a good amount of drops than slumps when i get absolutely nothing.
