It would be nice to be able to pick them up..... but I doubt there is ever gunna be another way other then the GM call for removal. Sorry.

I have had suprisingly good luck calling GMs about this issue.

But no, there is no other way to remove them.

There was some thread where someone said they were using a sextant and sending exact coordinates of such things in a message to the gms and they were seeing them disappear within the hour. But it might be dependent on what gms are working. Think it was a thread about raiders or rioters being stuck in town wall and using the same method to get them unstuck.
