i just ran a test to see what i should do to be able to pvp as officiantly as possible at 90 weapon skill (RoT sucks btw this is bare minimum to get out on the fiel hehe) and i ran the difference between 90 weapon skill with 45 hci against an opponent with just 120 weapon skill (thats your base defensive ability) and 45 DCI and 120 my weapon skill against the same 120 skill 45 dci and standings were interesting
90 weapon skill + 45hci vs 120 weapon skill and 45dci gives 39% hit chance
120 weapon skill +0hci vs 120 weapon skill and 45dci gives a 34% hit chance
so really what im sayin is if your not quite at 120 weapon skill max out your hci before you try and max out your weapon skill. may help some take it easy
