Something wrong with invasion Guard loot tables

Killed 60+ Guards on Sonoma in latest invasion.

Invasion in Trinsic, which we had previously defeated..that is odd in and of itself.

No Katanas dropping at all.

Crystals were dropping from Bane footsoldiers.

Killed about 40 Guards in Fel and 20 in Tram. Not one single drop. Getting reports of this on other shard.

Something needs looking at.

Helped kill atleast 40 guards myself, I must be VERY unlucky as I haven't yet looted one. But they do atleast drop on Europa.. It's probably just me.

I killed one last night on Pac and got a katana. First time there and first creature I fought. I didn't have any luck and was abc archer.

Definitely different drop rate.
I got 4 kats on day one.
Waited for the second invasion and haven't received another drop since.
I find it surprising because Baja Skara Brae is remarkably absent of players allowing me to solo a bunch of Guards. Im not in it just for drops.

What you're describing is a RNG working as it should, but with a low drop rate.
If you want a drop approximately every X kills, that's not a RNG you need.

Yeah. I killed about 10 guards to start with and got 2 katanas, then got called away, came back and did maybe 20-30 until it ended without any further drops.

Probably the RNG...

I got 3 Defilers during the 4th wave attack on LA's Trammel Cove, in a 12 hour period (the middle 6 hours of which were not spent in UO, so it was in 6 actual hours of play). I played 6 more hours later and got nothing.

Prior to then, I got 1 Defiler in stage 3, in very little fighting, yet none in the first two stages, where I fought a lot more...

Yet to get one in a 3 and more group kill. Got nothing in three runs in cove. Trinsic while pairing with one other player got two nearly back to back. When I got the second Defiler the other player also got a Defiler. Was running a Luck Disco Pack Tamer. Frenzy.

No drops for you, or the group, as well? If no drops for the group, that's odd.

BUT (my theory) since my archer is loyal to bane - which makes the guards easy kills cause nothing else attacks - I may not be able to get a drop at all.
At least I have not heard of anyone actually loyal to the banes to get a drop from a guard.
Could someone PLEASE tell me I am wrong?

Nah, I killed two on Origin with bane loyal dude and got one on second corpse. My dude doesn't have 5k bane loyalty though, only like 2.5k ... so not sure. By 60, seems odd you wouldn't get one via solo kill :/ ... maybe we ought to push for some gauntlet like point systems. I've been very lucky, I guess ... I got my katana on Ches after two kills as well.
