I have a red mage who is (was) a nox scribe. This template is just not very fun to me these days however and since I have mystics/necros/spellweavers etc already I was wondering if someone had a differnt fun mage template to try out for pvp. I play solo often, so the ninja is interesting to me, I just can't seem to justify putting ninja on to counter dismounts only. I like the idea of parry but with parry mages there is always the stat issues, and while it can be possible to do it, I often find I am lacking severly in offensive power. That wouldn't be such a big deal but like I said I am often solo. So for the moment he is just sitting not being used and I deceided it's time to blow the dust off him and see what I can do.
Right now the character is 120 mage/eval/resist/med and I think he may still have 80 poisoning on.
I have toyed with the idea of a "tactics mage" but that suit seems like it's going to be hell to get together. (The usuals for the mage along with Hci and then the need for dex/stamina)
Also with the potions weight increases I am not sure an alcemist mage would be the best way either. (explode potions are fun
