Someone remind me how to fix this

After SA came out I was experiencing the animation freeze bug, where corpses would freeze in place, or when your character is swinging a shovel or whatever would just freeze in position. I did...something...to fix it, but I can't remember what the fix was. I played Great Lakes tonight (not my normal shard) and now I'm getting the bug again and can't remember what to do! I searched the SA forums for "freeze" and "animations" and got squat. Anyone know?

I have not had this issue but could it be your display framerate under the UO display options?
