We have him on Origin also. He has a house across from one of mine and has told me that he runs about 20 accounts at any given time on at least 5 computers.
He actually took me to 6 of his houses on this shard, each filled with different items such as fishnets, pearls, and chests in one....lockdowns maxes out there. One house was for ore, almost exactly like the one you show in the picture, a bag always on the steps to hold to ore and gems, because the rail he runs has the characters drop it here.
One house was filled with arti drops. In it were colored coded bags for each arti and rare.
Another house was set up for lumber and items recieved from lumberjacking.
This guy bragged to me that he has this same set up on every shard on UO. He also places these small houses on islands if he can get them or out of the way places where most people will not be around. He told me that if people place a house close to his, he then will lure hostile spawn to thier house continually or any kind of harrassment he can do to get them to leave.
What does he do with all this???? Simple. He runs a website that he advertises on all shards, selling UO gold or just about any items you want to buy. He makes his living off of this and when he feels ....hmmm... talkative, he loves to brag about making 2 to 5 thousand a month real cash off this.
The big question is why he is not stopped. I can tell you that me and my guildmates after he bragged to us about this, worked for months trying to get someone to stop this but to no avail. We wrote to everyone in EA, even made runes and asked someone to come get them and take alook for themselfs at his houses, took pics of his characters, and sent them the names of his characters tha we knew. we also took pictures of his character dropping the books advertising his items.
Bottom line is....dont waste time trying to stop this. They wont, for some reason do anything about this guy at all. He has made his living off of UO for years and will continue to do so....because he can!
