Some taming help/looking for a good greater dragon.

I haven't played much in the past two years and have yet to get a hold of any of the new pets beyond Rune Beetles.

I only have 95 real taming and 60 magery (currently training) could anyone help me out by either taming me a decent-good greater dragon or maybe helping me tame one once I finish my magery a bit more?

If it's a really good greater dragon I can pay I'm not sure the going rate though.

What is your adjusted taming and lore?

You need taming and lore to be able to control a greter

id say a combination of at least 230 for good stable control.

I have 95 taming, and 115 lore but I am slowly working taming up and intend to get a birds of Britannia talisman.

I can use jewels to bond/control it for now can't I?

You'll need about 105 taming (adjusted) to transfer and bond the greater. If you plan to use it a lot thereafter, I'd say aim for 110 taming (adjusted).

Thanks for the information. I'm slowly raising my taming and I plan to shoot for 120. Training is just taking me a long time as I don't play nearly as much as I did a few years ago.

I'm really just looking to get my hands on a good greater to start bonding since it takes a week.

Also I see these dread mares, do they spawn?

Dread mares no longer spawn, unfortunately. Cu sidhes are strong mountables, though.

I suppose I should look for a greater dragon and a cu-sidhe then thank you for the help is taming a greater dragon a hard task?

Taming a greater can be tough, unless you use honor taming. By working the honor virtue, you can use honor on yourself right before you tame a greater. Honoring yourself keeps creatures from attacking you, giving you a chance to tame without incurring aggression.

However, I mid-line greater shouldn't be too hard to purchase for a couple mil. Keep your eye on the trade thread - lots sell on there.
