[BUG] Some Skills Not Displaying Correct Tool Tip

I'm having an issue with some skills not displaying the right tool tip. "Detect Hidden" is one of them, but there are others as well. When I mouse over it says "Discordance". I use Decors Iconpack. Is that an issue with her icons, or is it an Enhanced client issue?

The icon displayed is correct, it's only the tool tip that is whacked.

this was an issue a while back that the devs fixed. However I cannot be certain whos fault it was. I want to think it was the skinners.
