I got Provo to 120 with Invigoration, working on Disco now with Tribulation.
How do people go about Peace these days? Just area-peacing? Or with mastery, too?

Area peace then switch to mastery, yes.

When I raised Peace I did a combo affect for maximum gains. I area peaced and ran the peace master at the same time over and over again.
Keep in mind for area peace to get some gains your going to have to be in a(n) area where other people or animals are.

New Haven sounds like a good place for that, lots of non-aggro lowbie undeads.

I raised peacemaking to 120 the conventional way. Area-peacing in my own home with creatures (parots) nearby. Went rather quick, in comparison to disco....

Disco is a real pain in the butt: it takes literally FOREVER to reach the 120. Peacemaking is a lot more easy and a lot quicker!!

For bard mysteries, despair, what does the following mean?
Faster Casting (cap: 4) helps to intone a song, but not to upkeep it
Does that mean I get more reps out of a set of casting despair?
Also, I've no fc, was replaced by 87% sdi + whatever slayer book, wondering if adding fc and reducing sdi would be worth it.
Anyone know?

You want to recast the song, means to cast, then deactivate it again, because only switching it on gives you gains.
More important than that I found manareg, but with no fc/fcr, your casting will be pretty clunky.

Since you'll wear out your equipment anyways, might as well get a training suit with lots of regen. Regs, lrc and so on are unneeded, so it should be easy to get such a suit.

Btw, still doing Disco, 118 now and slowly working on it.
