Help SOLVED: Keeps crashing at startup

I can't run the app. It crashes as soon as it starts "Locating Maps" on the splash screen. Not sure it's a bug, maybe it's me, but it seemed like the most appropriate prefix.

App is being run as an administrator.

@MadMartyr Could you please advise on what to do, when possible?

Just for closure the problem was that I did not allow the maps to be installed as administrator. Even running the app as an administrator later on did not solve this.
Fresh install always as Administrator in every step of the way was the key to fix the issue.
