The name falls in line with a magic moments item, but the fact that it cannot be locked down might suggest it could be a seer created item and predates the magic moments program. I also have a ring that is not able to be locked down and the name translates roughly to Forever love, but when I asked Mesanna about it she told me it was actually a seer item created before the magic moments program.
