I don't know what I can sell it for, but it is in a nice location in my mind. It is pretty dang close to the Makoto moongate. You can even set it up as a shop and your customers can shop in the protection of the town guards. I don't really have a set price in mind, so I guess this is somewhat like an auction. I will see what happens with this thread.

Not really leaving, just keeping my options open. The only things I really have in my bank are: Reagents, some soulstones and soulstone fragments, some dying tubs to change color of clothes, some little things here and there that I really like, but not rare or expensive. Oh yeah, and a back up LRC outfit, just in case. Oh, and a luck suit that is not that good. So there is really no use for me to have a house. I just keep changing the design of it with no furniture in it.
