I would like to put to offer this great magnificent plot for sale, which was an EM Event prize a couple years ago and only 2 plots where given out per shard, so this makes this plot a quite special one.
The plot is the one on the west side of the dungeon, by the Silver Tree / Secret Garden.
The house is currently placed in Balhae Server and is looking for a new owner, which will cheerish it.
Preferred shard of Payment will be in Europa/Atlantic, but can consider elsewhere depending the situation given.
