no clue myself. All I know is I been running to the bank area checking for that new NPC. He is to be standing outside the Brit jewerly shop, I went to Origin and saw him there, so I'm just hanging around waiting to see when it hits all the rest.

The Japanese servers got it last night, maybe I'll go look there as well.
