So... when did bags and pouches become destructible?

I accidentally destroyed a bag and nearly screamed, not remembering whether there was anything in it.

I tested it with bags, pouches and packs, you can't seem to destroy newly bought bags, but something changes after a few manipulations and they become destructible.

Was this a new addition in one of the publishes that I didn't hear about??

Destructible where and how?

As far as I know, containers can be axed inside a house (and I think outside too), but only outside of your pack and whatever's in them piles into that tile.

Not sure about pouches and backpacks, but I thought that had always been the case.

What do you mean by "manipulations" Cause I just tried to "destroy" an old, dyed backpack, every way i could think of to destroy it. never could reproduce it going poof.

They made it for some reason that old backpacks are actually no longer destructible. It's very annoying, since I have a bunch of bags with no draw tiles in them, grr.

Anyways, it's not really something to worry about. If you destroy a bag with items in it on your person they fall out of the bag and stay in your backpack. If you destroy a bag with items in it on the ground they stay on the ground. You can't lose items this way, just the container.
