So the Oceania Log In server Dies Again!!!!!.round three

So once again the oceania log in server doesnt work.. well done.. Shame there isnt a penalty clause for paying customers that are unable to use the services.. We might actually get compensation like oh say a months free game time after 12 months of issues, rather than not even communication and no explanation.. Yeah I know...dream on ...lol
Oh well... year 2011 seems to be repeating itself for server issues once again for Oceania..

It kicked in again 15 minutes later but now at 1150pm Oceania is missing of the list of servers if you log out to change chars for the THIRD time in less than a week!!. This is becoming SLIGHTLY annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe that's why they say third time is the charm:
1. device failed, that happens
2. spray wd40 on the hard drive, it'll work again
3. replaced faulty drive


...of course there's always the "I tweaked a network policy a little, but it shouldn't have impacted them" oops.

Okay back up again half an hour before server maintenance...
Think we are wayyyyy past the 3.Replaced a server. LOL its been happening on and off since last July 2011 amidst our regular bouts of lag
Think they need to move it away from the lawnmower, in the shed out back , because it works like a server from B.C.
