So today I won the Garg plot on LA (Yay!!). Reading the herald it says to contact a GM to have the plot transferred. After contacting a GM I get a canned response that " We cannot help with that problem bla bla bla". Does anyone know what to do with the winning ticket?

GM should have at least known to tell the person that, don't cha' think? As well :

I'm starting to think that we really don't have any GMs anymore - has anyone gotten a response from a GM that wasn't machine generated in the last year?
I have only seen the same 2 responses in posts on the UHall for quite a while.
Maybe when they laid off those dev team people recently, they cut the entire GM staff - has anyone talked to an actual GM since then?

Yes many times.
Last I heard from a GM was a threat to bann my account for day after day paging on two scripters. On all my accounts. In the end both houses became flaming rubble but to them I was wrong.
Otherwise doesn't take them long to get rid of that gold site spamming on chat. New name every time after makes ignore useless for chat.
