As for the turn-in, everything was 'must be present to win' on the night of the event. They might make an exception since H.E.L.P. and Sir Nickalaus are so friendly, but it seems awful unlikely. Not only would they still need to have the rewards kits put together, but moreso almost strange that you would ask to turn it in since you didn't attend the event?...

Sorry it was confusing to me to read it that way, in such a lovely lime green color, if they had said "After a hearty congratulations to Lis, [winner of the V armor], from the crowd, then I would not have gotten into this little chat with you here, again my thanks for bringing it to my attention and driving it home so clearly.
