As Far As I Know They Are Legal. They Came Out With The 2008 Spring Cleaning For The First Few Days Only As A Rare. They No Longer Give Out The Oak Tag But There Are A Few Out There.

I don't have any to try this with, but i was wondering since they have the oak tag, can you use tokano dyes to dye them ? Anyone want to try?
