Sorry if this is a topic already asked and answered, I haven't been able to find it if it has...
While in Heartwood, does the difficulty of the smith quest increase the chance percentage to get rare/rarer recipies? Do you have same chance to get, for example, Luminious Rune Blade recipies if you are making broadswords as you would if you made scale armor?
And does this translate to the other craftable quests?
