I just bought a small soulforge from a vendor. Locked it down in my place and placed a normal anvil next to it. I get the message I have to be near a soulforge to do this and that..Im sitting very close to it! Have I missed something?
Oh dear. I bought the item A soulforge. It seems to be a primeval lich spawn item. Thought I knew how thoose items looked but no. The soulforge I should have bought is in deed form. Hope this can warn someone else not to waste 10 mill on such an useless item.
Sorry, keeping the center part of a full soulforge won't work. I fell foul of that idea myself. You must keep one of the anvil parts.
There was a warning not long after the decorative soulforge model was added to the primeval lich spawn about people trying to sell it as a working item. The true small soulforge comes from Scalis and looks like the one at the floating dock.
Wait, you bought this for only 10 million?! I have friends who would pay 20+ million for this soulforge. I know its the Primeval lich deco one but yes 20+. Not the Scalis soulforge either like you wanted...
There is a home and castle forum and if you go there and do a search on breaking soulforges you will likely find the directions and pictures. It involved placing goza matts or something like that.
