Small Silver Serpents

Now on stratics is says small silver serpents are meant to be extinct, yet two people have recorded sightings in 2007:

Now i REALLY want two of these if they are tamable, it says on stratics they are tamable with 60 taming. Does anyone know if these still exist? Are they tamable? Has anyone got any?

Ive done a lot of walking around in the area and have never seen one.

I haven't seen one for many, many years and I'm out and about around Papua a lot. I remember dying to them a lot back in 97 though.

Hah, glad I wasn't the only one who got caught out by those serps.

Ooh look a little snake, or even a serpent that's silver!

Well I didn't know till I hit one...

Better was my ex running up to a dread spider in the forest and sticking his sword in it, all macho like till it poisoned him... Nothing funnier than a grown man screaming like a girl, running full tilt through the woods and being owned by a spider
