Hey MuM im returning after 2 years and I wanna come. Dunno where this Hall is though any gates going out?

) ... there is a rune to the Hall located in Luna Bank near the corner where the event announcer is located .... also ... directions to it would be to go to Blackthorne castle in West Brit (tram) and its the counselor hall building just to the west of the front of bridge .... welcome back Woo
