Tried to research on my own but to no avail. Is this similar to "head of" or "a head of" items or is this something else entirely? Rares community- help me out!

As I remember, you used to be able to cut up bodies and get the body parts, ie legs, arms, head, etc. You could further butcher those parts and get their respective bones. They retained their owner's name.

Please be careful with items like these if you are not sure. I recommend you copy the item over to Test Center and place a house there to test it. These type of items can say "locked down" and then decay (go poof) 10 mins later and you can not get them back.

Traditionally these items cannot be locked down. Be careful!

I had a head that could be locked down is why I ask. Those are the best type so you can put on display. I don't want you to lose it if it can't be. I never thought of the text center thing. How would you copy that over?

to 'copy stuff to the test center'
pack your bank, stable, personal pouch with items you want to 'copy' over.
hit the help option on the top menu bar (classic client)
and select: Character Copy. and wallah - you create a copy of yourself on the test shard.
