anyone know what, where, why, how, when on this item?


its on catskills... and ive had a bid of 55m for it.. just wondering what exactly it is.. ive only seen one other named "Skull Mask" and it was in a rares castle quite a few years ago.. this item has been stored in a chest for atleast 5 years that i know of
