Skill to cast @100%

Is there a list of the Necro Spells and what skill level you need to cast each at 100%

Dont know of a list offhand but do know that at 105skill you can cast vengeful spirit 100%. Also for vampiric embrace I do know I can still fail at times at 120 skill.

I am curious mainly about what 70ish necro would allow me to cast 100%

Seems like the skill needed to cast necro spells 100% is the base skill needed+40 (ie wraith form at 20 base skill can be cast 100% of the time at 60 skill)

Dont know of a list offhand but do know that at 105skill you can cast vengeful spirit 100%.

You need 120 skill for that. At 105 you will cast like 60% times.
At 105 you can cast Strangle 100%.
