Which skill group produces the best average damage

tactics-anatomy

or

tactics-bushido

or

tactics-lumberjacking

Just to say we have an ornate ax UBWS no di no ssi just a plain weapon. Take in to consideration critical strikes and honor/perfection and all skills equal in value 100/100. Any other combos of skills (200 cap) That produce more damage?

Okay so in answering your question, an ornate axe with nothing on it would look like this:

GM Anatomy + GM Tactics = 45-50 per hit with a STR of say 95, since you get a strength percentage bonus after 100.

GM Tactics + GM Lumberjacking = 40-45 per hit with a STR of say 95.

GM Tactics + GM Bushido = is a little more difficult to calculate. With GM Tactics you would have 35-39 with a STR of say 95. You would then have to calculate the steps of perfection after you honor your opponent. I unfortunately don't know the calculation off the top of my head. From my own experience though GM Anatomy + GM Tactics would be the safest best.

GM Bushido is 13% critical chance with lightning strike and even then you would have to gain consecutively on the steps, without missing to frequently...to outparse anatomy + tactics. If you have 110+ weapon with 110+ bushido, it might be a viable choice.

For practicality purposes, GM Anatomy + GM Tactics I would say is the more reasonable choice.

IF you can consistently land hits, i.e. 8 out of every 10 attempts or better results in a hit, I would go with bushido. EACH STEP gives a 10% bonus increase to your normal attack. So say there are approximately 10 steps...it's somewhere around that, not sure the exact number. Anyways, 35-39 with 10 straight hits would result in 70-78 damage.

Since essentially you would receive a 100% damage increase. That's ONLY by consecutive hit gains through each step. Missing of course you will lose perfection.
