Skeletal Cat training

Does anyone know the taming skill required to train the cat to level 3 or 4? All I can find is you need 30 training. The cat is for role playing uses but it would be nice if she could defend herself a bit.

You can copy to test center. It is under help menu in game to do the transfer. The pet training gates are located in the Brit Commons area to effortlessly advance you pet levels and train.
