I'm assuming most of us have an Origin account. You can get Sims 4 Free. Not sure when this expires.
It's not very user friendly so I'll go through the steps...
Origin
Do the drop down next to the Get Game button and add to wishlist. If you don't do this it will only allow you to get it as a gift for some reason. I'm not sure why.
Once it's added to wishlist click on this link...

I'm not sure how to find the wishlist through their store.
You can then purchase it as normal from your wishlist. It doesn't require any additional information. You should just be able to click the link.
I'm not sure if this is US only.
