So I feel really silly asking this but Im brand new too house building and im confussed. If I already built my first floor and I try to go to my second floor and put tiles town and they turn orange, what does that mean? How do I make it stable so they will place without turning orange? I dont understand what it means when it says you have to place tiles underneath to make it more stable..? Thank you for any help! :)

if you have walls on the first floor they are the support for your second floor.... begin the flooring at the walls and you'll see that they do not turn orange until there is not adequate support under them... this will sometimes happen as you approach the center of the room but will correct itself once you attach to the opposite wall

if you do not have walls on the first floor you will then need to put in support posts

You have to place them in rows or in square blocks so they are 'stable'
you cant simple place 1 in the middle of the room it needs to connect to a wall.
Dont think i have explained this well but hope i got the message across.

*edit, to slow
