Having to carry many weapons for different stuff (SC, different hit area/dmg type) and how it relates to backpack space is the idea behind this post.

Similar function to the spell book strap, could we get a "weapon stash" bag/container that you can put in your backpack that holds only weapons.
Since there are specific function containers that hold only resource stuffs, some type of check to filter only items that have "damage types" can go inside this new container.

Thinking something like a stack of javelins from the D2 days or something? Blessed container that retains weapons even after death/rez

Container to hold all weapon types; swords, mace, fencing, bows, throwing.

Knowing one of the responses will be, "just play EC!" :slap:
Also know that there are other 'enhancements' that make this a non-issue.
This is an ask from a UOA user.
I suggested a repair baggie/chest and then we got a repair bench thereafter, so who knows!
Flame away!

If it works like the spell book strap they won't go back into it when changing thus defeating it's purpose

It would be wonderful if they gave us one.

I always have my weapons on my sampire
and use her when I go collect tribal berries or kill the undead at the cemeteries.
(I know some people keep their weapons in the bank or their house
but it is more convenient to have them on hand. You never know when you would need them)

the weight reduction would mean I can stay out fighting longer

Along those lines, I'd love a spellbook strap for talismans (call it a trinket chest or something) since warriors carry so many these days.

I'm going to have to go die on my SDI guy then to see if the books all end up in my main backpack, feel like it keeps them all in strap baggie.

Not even asking for the bag/chest/stack to have extra mods. Just a designated sub-pack to keep all the weapons in to free up main pack for stuffs.

When playing my SDI guy I have an idea of what I'll be doing with it, so I have that book pulled into main pack (leaves a void in the spellbook strap baggie) and I just swap from that.

They don't fall out on death they simply don't go back when changing between books which defeats the purpose
