I brought this up a week or so ago, but things appear only to have worsened. Since the original server move to the USA, then the move to another location back in Aussie Oceania has been up and down, suffering with huge lag spikes and what appears to be the Black hole scenario we had a few years ago if ppl can remember, when at times it was so bad you couldn't even get out of your house.
I have looked to the players and Guilds for the sounds of despair and anger, but the once cacophony of voices from Oceania appears to be silent. Is it because they have left in disgust? Have their voices been silenced by the spirit of despondence?
From a business point where is the customer support response. We have new players starting, but it t won't be long before they leave due to the conditions we are currently having to suffer with. Have we now just been left to our own resources to try and make do with what we have been given. Are we expected to be grateful and thankful that the server was moved back to Australia and let it there lie.

Oceanians raise up your voices, let your cries of discontent be heard so that they resound around the walls of those who would imprison our spirits with the lag demon and its fiendish companion undependability. It will only be then can we expect action to be taken to fix the issues we are currently having. I would also seek those in other Shards to assist their brothers and sisters suffering in Oceania, let your voices also be raised in support with us. Just as you have stood alongside of us in the past, which we were grateful of. My hope is that this message will, as an arrow from a bow travel straight and true finding its mark .
