[Price Check] Sigil Weapons

I have 41 Sigil colored weapons and I would like to know if they are worth much. Below is a picture with some natural dyed weapons as well to compare. Most of the weapons I have are daggers with a few kryss' and one bone harvester. Some are Exceptional with names, some are without names and some aren't Exceptional. I picked them up at an IDOC a while back.

i also would like to know if they have any value. i have a few sigal items also but have not had much luck selling them for very much. seems most peeps either are not sure they are real with all the new dyes or the items just are not that apealing anymore. i must say that a year ago or so i tought they where neat and had large collection but now with so many other items out there they have kind of gone to the way side and lost there lust for me

I always liked sigil items.

I never got a lot of money for sigil pieces, when I tried to sell them, even before the new dyes came out. Usually, 500k would have been on the high end. It seems like 200k was what most things sold for. I don't know what prices are now.

I do wish they hadn't made the dyes look so close to the hue of true sigil.

I think the natural dyes and the increase of hued EM wearables really hurt the sigil market. Sigil used to be popular because the bright purple made collectors and bank sitters stand out. Now, especially with the dyes, slime cloth, specialty cloth, tokuno dyes, hued artifacts etc... folks can make outfits even more eye-catching... even things like the lanterns that held some value with collectors have been made more common by smuggler's lanterns and other event items

I'd estimate about 200-300k personally IF you can find a sigil collector or someone interested in starting. Otherwise... I'd have to say 100k or less.
Please keep in mind, this is just my opinion and my price check is based on market trends and what is most likely causing the lull.



Anything that can be dyed with a normal tub - the color can be replicated from my experience. I've seen folks trying to sell "sigil" clothing in the past. Everything else I think can't be replicated color wise, but darn its pretty close.

I'd estimate 100k each, but maybe a few hundred k more if you can find a knowledgeable collector who can tell the difference between the hues. That's just my opinion. Perhaps someone else will come forward with a more attractive price check. I'm sorry, but I hope if you decide to keep them that you enjoy the collection.
