Unless they are "of exceptional quality" + sigil hued, no they do not hold much value these days as a number of players still have bugged metal dye tubs that allow the ability to replicate these items.

I would say 200-400k per item.

Yea probably not worth much anymore. They were mass produced for years despite even being illegal for a very long time.
