Yep, just like crafting, you see a lot more of the "almost" than the "OMG!"

But the odds of hitting all stats/skills/resists is pretty minuscule.

So put him with a necro tamer and let them corpse skin him when he fights. *shrugs*

I'd probably hang onto that one for special circumstances, but yeah, 8% below max phys combined with only 840 HP would make it a little weak in most situations.
