Good to hear that this quest is off now. Hoping that the TONS of deco I got from there will be worth something some day - after there is no way to acquire them ingame now

Missing on Napa, present on LS.

Mesanna - I noticed that the brit library NPCs, when doubled, each had THEIR OWN totals for donation.
I know it's unlikely that anyone is actively trying to deco the library anymore, but were those points on the newer NPCs merged with the existing one, or just lost?
For that matter, now that the library collections are so old and few do anything except to get talismans, how about cutting the required total donations needed for the deco to appear down to 10% of the original amount? I don't think I've ever seen more than the master of trades and artist with deco, and those only for very short periods.

Unless he has been moved from outside the old entrance to the Gargoyle city, he is still MIA on Pac.

I just sended a e-mail to our EM about this, It worked too when i wrote to him about Shirron to bring him back.
The Vendors have been replaced on Drachenfels & Europa, thanks for the post!

The NPC has been replaced on Sonoma. He was there on Baja just outside the remains of Ver Lor Reg. Thanks for the post!NPC is still missing on Sonoma and Baja.
