Not sure what the event is called in english but you run with a stick and pass it on to your teammates in order to get it to the finish line.
Let´s say each team has 3 members. The goal is to carry the stick from (for example) Britain west bridge to Trinsic west gate. And there´s two stops where you meet a teammate and pass the stick on and the teammate will continue.
The twist will be that along the road we have players who have volontered to be PKs so that along the way you can "drop" the stick by them killing and looting it.
And you have to follow the road on foot, not use stealth or animal forms. Could have some neutral players along the way to observe and make sure the rules are followed.
And then the goal is to have teammate 1 make it to pitstop 1, pass it on to teammate 2, he makes it to pitstop 2, passes it on to teammate 3 who tries to make it to Trinsic.
Something along those lines.

Shooting.
You need a confined area, a tamed and released pet and explosion pots per player.
Maybe do it 3 players at a time. In this confined area you release 3 pets, each named as one of the contestants. Maybe ruddy bouras or something with a little HP.
They start wandering around. At the signal given by the EM you start shooting them with explo pots. The goal is to finish your pet first. And you can´t just throw the pots aimlessly cuz then you might damage someone other´s pet and then you help them. So you need to aim carefully.
And I guess that once the animals are hit they will start chasing you around so you´ll need to move and shoot, move and shoot and at the same time try not to hit your opponent´s animals.

I took part in a kind of race once, but it might be too tame for Siege - can't even remember where it was now. Stool race. Contestants have 2 stools which they have to leap frog from start to finish line. Sit on one stool, place the other in front of you, sit on that one, move the one you just left - etc.
