Sicarii spinnerets~fixed?

Hi, can anyone report that the issue has been fixed? was hoping it might be part of the last publish.

I've never understood this requiring fixing.

As I understand, the problem is that you don't always get the spinneret for killing Sicarii?

Yep thats what i'm asking, used to be that you got a spinner on the first kill but i know of a couple of people that still have'nt got a spinner after multiple kills...it's not a nice place to be if you only want to complete the quest.
