Shurikens stuck

I threw one shuriken and haven't been able to throw another since the publish 117.

Do you have a ninja belt? You can't throw shuriken without it. They actually have the same functionality as the fukuya darts, the belt is the equivalent of the dart gun, the shuriken are the bullets.

Yes several, they all have uses left, can’t throw any shurikens after I threw 1, it’s a 1 week cool-down?

You threw it too hard. The first one is still going. Hopefully a horse or something gets in the way of it soon
