I'm turning in my castle and thatched-roof deeds as soon as the new turn-in phase goes live!50 points is more than generous enough for them.
I am not flaming you but, just out of curiosity, why do you say that?50 points is more than generous enough for them.
Only one I am missing is the Tower Deed on Napa.Turn them in all you like..... I'll be keeping mine I don't care if they make them work 25k in points... You have any idea how many YEARS it took me to gather a FULL set???
I say that because I remember how many were given out back at AoS. The tens of thousands of characters logging in to get their free gifts. Every character got one. While I can see that the rare ones should be worth more, fact is all the rest really shouldn't.I am not flaming you but, just out of curiosity, why do you say that?50 points is more than generous enough for them.
50 points is the minimum turn in value. If 50 point is “more than generous” do you feel that mini-house deeds should actually be worse less than 50 points?
Mini-house deeds were handed out on a very limited basis. Other items, that were given out literally by the handfuls, have the same 50 point turn in value. If you feel that 50 points is “more than generous” for a mini-house deed how do you feel about 50 points for, say, Halloween candy?
Well, the house deeds were offered at one time and were limited to one-per-character. Although there were a lot of them handed out, that would seem to make them much less common than the run-of-the-mill 50 point item.I say that because I remember how many were given out back at AoS. And I already said in another thread that the candy is way too highly valued. 10 or even 5 points would be more accurate for them.
Honestly, the point spectrum for the holiday gifts is totally screwed up anyway.
Yes it is when you have other things going on in RL, your playtime is limited and if you have carpal tunnel like I do.Is it really that much work? I've turned in several thousand items myself, without a single complaint. It's not like its actual manual labor or anything, you're just moving a dang mouse.
It seemed like there is a lot of unnecessary dragging and clicking to me. You have to individually drop each item on the collector guy and then go and target the turn-in dot and the ticket. And that is over and above the work you did loading up your character to haul the stuff off to the collector in the first place. I just don’t like all that repetitive and unnecessary clicking and dragging. Is it really that much work? I've turned in several thousand items myself, without a single complaint. That is funny.I'm turning in my castle and thatched-roof deeds as soon as the new turn-in phase goes live!
I agree it is a lot of clicking...and I can only do so much myself. You can cut down on some of it by setting up a UOAssist macro to target the turn in dot and the ticket. It doesn't distinguish between the point values of the tickets and will target them all one at a time.It seemed like there is a lot of unnecessary dragging and clicking to me. Hehe, will trade ya 1000 points for each.I'm turning in my castle and thatched-roof deeds as soon as the new turn-in phase goes live!
The Castle and Keep are upstairs on the roofOf all the players who have a lot of mini house deeds, "i have a full set+", how often do you ever see them displayed in someones house? What good is something just sitting in a chest? Really, what?
You can turn the tickets themselves in by setting up a UOA macro. It's a hell of a lot easier than targeting the blue dot and every ticket. It seemed like there is a lot of unnecessary dragging and clicking to me.
