Really want it clean. I'd toss that on a vendor for a few mil. It's a cheap starter weap for pvp or pvmers who want to try and protect. The other mods aren't valuable in pvp really. Also fireball and lightning will sell better. A general ideal pvp spear would have 30 splint/50lightning/50 HLD or HLA, clean.
