Shoot me: Shame Loot Idea

Taking the new loot everywhere would spread out the recent fun I am having finding players to interact with.

I am suggesting each dungeon gets a bit of uniqueness to it. Maybe shame stays with this shame loot.

Maybe Deciet gets a bump in bone armour of some sort or bone weapons get added. Use the similiar loot tables as shame put create a Deciet loot twist.


Each Dungeon can be added over time. My thought would be to not create a bizzillion farming areas for the same loot by turning all monsters in all places on to the new loot.

I just dont think switching it over to everywhere is the best bang for the buck.

opposite slayers in the dungeons will help with that! but other unique things would be great

I kind of like this idea, The only reason to hunt anywhere else would be for gold or easier kills but thats fine with me... its kind of like the abyss being where you get most imbuing stuff shame would be where you hunt for high end stuff.

Remember the Abyss was great and well used.

Then they let you get shards from trees, make abysal cloth and blah blah and the use of the Abyss went way down the:

lumber scripters
miner scripters
seeds from gardners

all the 'need' to go to the Abyss was removed.


Silly changes.

The items you cited only drop in cavern of the discarded. Player density in the abyss may have decreased around the same time, but I don't think the availability through resource gathering was necessarily the cause.

the only thing that needs to be different at other dungeons is the reward to remove item properties.

for example, shame removes damage increase while destard removes cannot be repaired and ice removes brittle. etc.

hoping they do Tokuno dungeons too so they can add new modded SE armors and weapons.

Each dungeon needs a special mini quest/boss fight type thing but hopefully they stick with the idea that they wont add anyway of removing cursed/CantRepair/Brittle.
(alil off topic and speculation, but judging by some of the info in the last cliloc/patch it looks like they may be making it so crafters can use something to "shuffle" mods on items, maybe thatll be able to change the cursed etc)

It would be a good idea for the game to have different dungeons offer different rewards.

As stated, Bone armor in Deceit, opposing Slayers, Scale armor in Destard, Elven items in Wrong, and so on.

Each dungeon needs its own reasons for players to use them that go beyond simply different monster types, otherwise players will simply go to the dungeon with the highest reward for the least work.

I like this idea. I am for the most part pve. A dungeon that had a higher opportunity to drop slayers would be more my dungeon.
